Product Description

Double Side Hot Press for Furniture Board As indicated by its name, the double side hot press machine is primarily applied for two-sided decorative wood panels, and it finishes hot forming process on the two sides at one time. The oil cylinder is placed at the upper end, while a board infeed conveyor is also supplied. This model has the highest production efficiency among similar products provided by us, and it is one of the most commonly used presses on the market now. When compared with the single side type, the double side hot press is mainly designed for wood panels with thickness of 6mm or more. It fits for the production of decorative panels with different kinds of surface, such as glossy, matt, pitted, embossed, synchronous, etc. Classification
Based on the production mode, our product is divided into semi-automatic type and fully automatic type.
1. The semi-automatic type is economical and practical. It contains infeed conveyor, press machine, discharge roller or outfeed conveyor with auto suction device.
2. The fully automatic type allows flexible configuration so as to provide different functions, such as board pushing, brushing, loading, pressing, unloading, trimming, detection, cooling, stacking, etc. Technical Parameters Part 1

Recommended Process Parameters
1. For this hot press, the temperatures of upper and lower hot platens are often set at 195°C and 192°C respectively, and please refer to the curing temperature of applied melamine paper.
2. Under most conditions, the dwell time is 25 seconds, and the pressure is within 16-20Mpa
