    Application   The door skin hot press is available to make melamine door skin, veneer door skin or primer door skin. The textures for door skin is flexible according to different SS plate moulds.       Descriptions   The DY900~1400 series multi-daylight hot press is designed to produce melamine /veneer/primer moulded door skins by bonding the decor foil onto MDF and HDF. The synchronizer makes all platens going up and down at the same time. Platens can stop at any position according to your operation. The pressure and time of holding pressure are adjustable and flexible. You can select the automatic and manual type easily by an electrical switch.       Machine models

Control system:  PLC control with connection to computer  (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens optional), from infeed to storage, complete lamination offered. This system is stable and is of high automation. Technical parameters can be set, modified and monitored by human-machine interface.
