Product Description 1. We adopt tilting unwinder for receiving the paper; only one worker is required to connect paper under the speed 50m/min. 2. Oven is suction-type, air intakes are four corners of chamber, then the air running as diagonal line. Unsymmetrical nozzles bring good effect of drying and increase the paper tension. The speed of line can reach to 30m/min when the length of oven is 30m and the paper is 80g request for 140% glue contention. 3. We adopt good ways of floating in second step to ensure the homogeneity of coating on the paper. 4. We have two kinds of cutter, one is electric knife which is controlled by servo motor, it usually works under electric knife mode, precision range is in +2mm; another is rolling cutter which can work synchronously with paper under high speed mode, it makes the paper cutting more smoothly with higher precision and lower noise.
